Please note if an incorrect address or PO Box is provided on an order and the parcel is not delivered and returned to us by the courier, you will incur BOTH an additional shipping fee to send the parcel again to a correct address, plus a return $10 admin fee which the courier charges us. The same applies for parcels re-directed back to us due to the courier partner being unable to access your delivery location, or a change in delivery details once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
We deliver our foam padded play mats to AU & NZ only. All other products we ship to AU, NZ, US, Canada and UK.
Our courier networks cover the majority of Australian locations, however there are some remote locations we are unable to deliver to. A notification will be provided at checkout when you provide your postcode.
For regional areas, if your exact location is outside of our courier partners zone, they may use a third party (which will be advised via your tracking on their website).
// PO BOXES & PARCEL POINTS
Our courier partners cannot deliver TPU Foam Padded play mats to a Post Office Box or Private Bag due to the size of the parcel which is highlighted at checkout. Additionally, our large and round foam play mats cannot be delivered to Parcel Point locations if you are not at home to receive your parcel.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number.
Please note that Harlow & Co cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed parcels. For any concerns or queries on a missing parcel, please contact your carrier directly for an update, however please get in touch with us if you don't find a resolution.
Additionally, if an incorrect shipping address is provided, or your carrier could not access your property, your parcel may be returned back to us which will incur an additional shipping & admin fee at your expense.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification from us confirming your tracking number. Please use your tracking number to obtain the most up-to-date parcel status via the carrier website.
If there are issues or delays with delivery of your parcel, please contact your carrier directly as we are unable to provide information or status updates once the order leaves our warehouse.

If you require your parcel to be left in a safe place, please ensure you provide an ATL note at check-out. Otherwise if the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point (depot or parcel agent) for the customer to collect.
Pre-orders are available for any products that may be out of stock at the time of purchase and will go live on our website at certain times. Pre-ordering one of our products ensures you won’t miss out once they arrive in the next shipment, particularly as many of our popular designs tend to sellout quickly!
All pre-orders are paid in full, with an approximate ETA provided by our team and delivery arranged once the shipment has been received.
Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, delays may occur to our pre-order shipments. Our team will keep you updated on any expected delays, however please keep this in mind for any time-sensitive orders.
If you have placed an order for multiple products that includes a pre-order, all items ordered will be shipped together once the pre-order is available. If you require an in stock product sooner than the pre-order product, we recommend placing separate orders for split shipments which will incur separate delivery fees.
You can cancel your pre-order prior to dispatch of the parcel from our warehouse and a $10 processing fee will apply. If the parcel has already been shipped then you will be required to cover the costs incurred including return shipping the processing fee. Please see our returns policy for more information.
