Returns & Exchanges
We allow a return & exchange for change of mind on all unopened & unused products in the original condition/packaging within 7 days of receiving your order provided it meets the following criteria:
- To ensure ongoing quality of our products, all items must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused (no rips or tears to the packaging including outer carton, inner plastic and product wrap). Unfortunately if it has been opened and/or the packaging cut and any play mats removed from the packaging/unrolled, we cannot accept an exchange as it cannot be re-stocked and re-sold to another customer.
- The buyer is responsible for organising the return delivery and delivery costs back to us. We encourage you to use a service that allows you to safely track your parcel
- You must contact us to initiate a return first within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be booked on a return courier to us within 7 days and a tracking number provided.
- Once the product has been received and reviewed by us, we can provide either of the following on full-priced items (AU) only:
- Gift voucher to the value of the product (less original shipping fees)
- Exchange which will incur the cost difference between the products, return shipping costs, a $10 admin/handling fee, and the NEW shipping costs which will be dependent on whether your item now falls within a flat rate or calculated rate as per our website. Refer to our delivery section for more here.
- Refund for the original cost of the product, less a $10 admin/handling fee per item, and original shipping fees.
Returns & exchanges cannot be provided for:
- Products/orders not returned to us within the specified time above
- Sale, clearance & seconds products
- Orders in transit due to courier delivery delays that are beyond our control
- International sales outside of Australia
Please note we do not accept responsiblity for time-sensitive orders not delivered within your time-frame, and normal returns/exchange conditions above will apply.
Your consumer rights are not affected if the product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, unless sold specifically as a seconds/display item as listed in the T&C's.
Send an email with your name, address, copy of your receipt and reason for your return to hello@harlowandco.com.au. Our team will review your email and respond within 2 business days.
Please note that our warehouse is not open to the public for returns and exchanges.
Harlow & Co reserves the right to decline a return outside of the 14 day period, or on products that are returned to us not in their original condition or packaging.
If you have received your product and found a fault or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Our play mat warranty covers any manufacturing defect such as printing or puncture marks and tears found upon opening your package, and does not cover damage caused by general use including pets, sharp objects, pens, shoes and discolouration, along with the use of harsh cleaning chemicals.
Due to the nature of the non-toxic PU material, slight discolouration may occur over time and is not a fault.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a replacement for products reported after the 14 day period.
